MANAGED SERVICES

The Managed Services fully cover the operation and maintenance processes of Base Stations (Cell Towers). The MS includes: site acquisition and management, FLM (Field Maintenance Services), Roll-out, Preventive Maintenance, Site Installation, Radio Network Optimization, warehouse and logistics management, Inventory Tracking, and Governmental Process Management, as well as Mobil BTS. Komtlsa was a continuous maintenance service partner of Turk Telekom between 2010 and 2018, and of Vodafone between 2013 and 2018, providing operations and maintenance services in two regions (Adana & Diyarbakır) across 19 cities, managing 4,000 sites with 300 personnel, 82 vehicles, and 400 generators. Komtel’s Companies, Selkom, and Mobineo provided the ‘Managed Services’.
